Shipping Policy

We ship usually within a week of approval of the artwork, unless we need to order the item from our supplier, then we would contact you about the timeline.

We usually ship via US Postal Service. You will get an email that the item has shipped and the tracking number.

Return & Exchange Policy

Once we recieve your order, we will send you an email with an artwork proof for you to approve. This is where you can make any changes. After we have approval from you there are no returns or exchanges. The engraving/artwork cannot be removed from the product so it is permanent.
