These 8.5" x  6.5" Acrylic Stand Up plaques are personalized with the player's name and number.  The plaques are made with a layer of clear acrylic and set into a lighted base.  There are lots styles to choose from.
 
Once we get the order, we will send you a mock-up artwork for your approval.  Any changes must be made at that time.  When we get the approval we will make the plaque and ship it to you.  Usual time for turn around is 1 week after the approval.  Shipping is done through the US Postal Service and once it is out of our hands it is the USPS responsibility for delivery.
